As a photojournalist, I enjoy sharing other's stories and learning new things. With photography, I strive to expose the unfamiliar and make the subject better known to the viewer. When in a foreign place, I like to make cultural connections through photographing what people value most, whether it's a passion for others or a treasured possession. From event photography, to travel and wildlife to creative and abstract, my interests are as varied as the people I meet. I often aim to photograph from a unique perspective, hoping to present common views in a new and interesting way. Most of all, I hope my photographs communicate a story.
